• Over the years, we’ve added to our concrete sidewalks, patio and pool deck, sometimes with decorative features, and we’ve worked with several different vendors. Big Red has been the best, on balance, by far. Some were cheaper, but no one has come close to the quality of work and partnering that Beth and Kevin, the owners, exhibited. We were given extensive options with pros, cons and costs. When we finally settled on an approach, and had a couple of mid-project changes, they were responsive and made very fair price adjustments (sometimes up, sometimes down, but always fair).
